How to Order
Ordering from Showcase Creative is simple. Our staff are very hands on and will be able to guide you through the process.
Below is a brief overview to get you started. If anything is unclear please get in touch and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Get the Ball Rolling
Take a look at our product range and navigate to the product you are interested in to see a pricing guide and available options.
Call us to discuss your requirements or alternatively fill on our get in touch form and we will call you back as soon as we can. We can then help you to choose the perfect product and we are happy to send you free samples of work we have done.
We will also email you a quote that will be valid for 30 days, advise you on any discounts that might be available and supply templates for you to set up your artwork to.
We advise our customers to get the ball rolling as soon as possible as some of our products are quite complicated and can take slightly longer to produce than most other printed products.
Art-working
If you would like to supply your own artwork simply set up your design to the template provided and email a PDF file to studio@showcasecreative.com.
Please get in touch and we will email the appropriate templates to you.
Our artwork department can provide instructions on how to set up your artwork to ensure you get best results.
If you would like us to produce your artwork for you we can offer speedy and professional design and art-working services starting from as little as £45 + VAT. Please see our Artwork Services for more details.
Proofing and Payment
We will check or design your artwork and email you a PDF proof and invoice. Use your PDF proof to check that all content is correct. If you require any amends just email us your updated documents or notify us of any changes you would like us to make.
Once you are happy that your artwork is ready for print email us to that effect and arrange payment. Our preferred method is credit card.
Once payment is received we will set your artwork up for print and post you a free printed proof so that you can check that the print quality is up to scratch.
Once you are happy email us to this effect and we will print and dispatch your order.
